Within the framework of the South East Europe Quality Infrastructure Fund, PTB organised a virtual exchange of experience on innovations in quality infrastructure institutions and services in the Western Balkan countries in March 2021. The objective of the event was to encourage innovative behaviour by sharing examples of innovation activities. In this report, the most important results of the event are summarised.
